Racing Tires For Your Motorcycle

!±8± Racing Tires For Your Motorcycle

If you are going to be racing your motorcycle it's important to have the right tires for the track. You may not know what ones are going to be good for your bike, but it's not that hard if you know to look for.

Taking the time to find the right tires is an important part of your racing. It really depends on what kind of like you drive and what kind of racing that you do. If you are a dirt bike racer, you will need different tires then if you are racing a sport bike. It also may depend on the track that you are racing on. Your tires are very important motorcycle parts.

If you race a dirt bike, you will need a totally different tire than if you race a sport bike on a track that made of concrete. The kinds of tires that are needed for dirt bikes need to have more tread because they are being driven on a dirt track. This means that they need to be able to grip the ground better then if it was a cement track. Tires are a very important part of your motorcycle parts and you should have extras at the race.

If you would rather ride a sport bike for your racing needs, you will probably do better with a slick tire that will grip the ground and get you moving faster. These tires are normally soft and heat up very quickly. That is what helps them to stick to the ground when you are racing. You may need to include them with your motorcycle parts that you normally will bring to races.

Having good motorcycle tires will ensure that you do well with your race and you may even come out the winner. You need to make sure that you have the right motorcycle parts for the rates that are doing. Tires are a big deal when you are racing, because this can either help you win the race or help you lose it. When you are picking the tires for the race, make sure that you pick some good ones so that you will be a winner that day. As you can see taking the time to add this to your motorcycle parts list, it's a really good idea for you and your motorcycle racing needs. So get your tires and get going.

Are China ATV Parts Reliable?

!±8± Are China ATV Parts Reliable?

As far as price is concerned, we all know that China-made ATV parts are far cheaper than other brands of ATV parts available in the market today. It used to be a fact that when we compromise on the price of the ATV part, we have to deal with poor workmanship from these China-made ATV parts. In the past, there were many complaints about the quality of these ATV parts but not so today. In fact, it's fair to say that China is pushing other ATV part manufacturers work out of the way because of their competitively priced ATV parts.

If you ask around or visit online forums, you can see that many people are satisfied or even pleasantly surprised at the quality and reliability of China ATV parts. And the most important thing of all (apart from good price and excellent quality) is how widely available China ATV parts are in the Internet community. There's absolutely no doubt that they have spread their marketing and distribution network throughout the world so good that other ATV part manufacturers have to work harder at keeping their market share. Now, for China ATV part customers, it has been even easier for them to get their hands on China ATV parts now than ever before.

If the price is low and quality is good - as they always say, where's the catch? There's none, believe it. The reason why China made ATV parts are cheap is because of the production cost of the ATV parts. It is a well-known fact that the cost of labor in China is low...this contributes to the low production cost factor. And besides, the ATV parts are mass produced through a very systematic approach resulting in good quality ATV parts from China without compromising the quality of these ATV parts. So, if you ask us....are China ATV parts reliable? The answer is - yes, they are. Check out some of the latest ATV parts we have in store for you at RacewayATV. You'll be...like the rest of them...pleasantly surprised.

Finding Cheap Yamaha Warrior ATV Parts

!±8± Finding Cheap Yamaha Warrior ATV Parts

Let's make it easy to find some cheap parts for your Yamaha Warrior ATV. Here we will talk about some websites, some shopping tricks of the trade and how you can apply these. The goal here is to get the part you need as soon as possible as cheaply as possible so you can get back on the trail. I will touch on a few simple strategies that make it easy and painless while shopping for your Yamaha Warrior ATV parts.

Today, online is the cheapest way to shop for new or aftermarket parts. These basically eliminate the middle men at the parts store, and the markups that they attach to their items. There are websites to purchase aftermarket products, new products and used products. There are also sites where you can get a discount for being a member. Check a few of these out before you decide to purchase from one. It may be that one store may offer you the exact service that you are looking for.

Some of the online stores offer up to 50% off regular prices. This can be very enticing. It is highly recommend to do your due diligence. Ask some fellow riders where they shop for parts? Do they shop online or go to a parts store? One of the benefits of a parts store is that you have a clerk or a salesperson that usually knows what they are talking about. The online stores have a version of this also. Some sites will have online chat or customer service numbers that you can call.

The online chatting services answer any questions that you need. Doing you due diligence can save you a lot of pain. Especially, if you find a store or online store that treats you really well. You can have someone that can help you for a long time.

The New Indian Motorcycle in History

!±8± The New Indian Motorcycle in History

The history of the Indian motorcycle is a legendary one and staring in 2008, you can own your own new Indian motorcycle. The Indian Motorcycle Company opened a new factory in North Carolina and will be producing new motorcycles with the look and feel of the historic racers. Old models have an almost cult-like following, making them hard to come by. New models will let everyone have the opportunity to own one of these great machines.

The Indian motorcycle was designed and created by George M. Hendee and Carl Oscar Hedstrom. The 1904 Indian Single introduced the signature red color along with the company to the United States. In the years that followed, the Indian's popularity increased.

The Indian soon become known for its racing ability. In 1911, Indians placed first, second, and third at the Isle of Man TT. Erwin "Cannonball" Baker rode one across the United States in 1914, setting a record of 11 days and 12 hours. Other riders set additional records in the early twentieth century with the bike.

The Scout and the Chief V-Twins were introduced in the early 1920s and would become the company's best selling models. The two cycles had reputations for reliability and strength over other motorcycles of the time, including Harley Davidson's. Models of the 1930s often featured the head dress logo on the gas tank which became a much sought after logo.

Indian motorcycles were used in both world wars to help soldiers navigate quickly through various terrains. The company kept up production during the wars, although racing was suspended. The company also manufactured airplane engines, boat motors, and bicycles during the early twentieth century.

During the late 1940s, the company experienced a decline under new leadership. All manufacture halted in the early 1950s. Some imported motorcycles were given the name Indian, but the legitimate trademark rights became mired under competing claims.

A company in Gilroy, California began manufacture in the late 1990s of motorcycles under the Indian name after they purchased the trademark. The motorcycles have been known as the Gilroy Indians. However, the company folded in 2003.

In July 2006, the Indian Motorcycle Company was reformed and it began making plans for production of new Indian motorcycles. They plan to release a Chief model with the classic fenders.

The new Indian motorcycle will rest on a long and storied history. Enthusiasts are looking forward to the new release and the new model will introduce a whole new generation to the motorcycle line.
